From the Blog to the Mic: Why I’m Launching No Place Left Ninja

NOTE:
This isn’t a rebrand. It’s a new lane.

For over a decade I’ve written here as the Asian Rough Rider — refugee kid turned Jesus-follower, missionary, movement catalyst — pulling stories of ordinary disciples into the light while keeping sensitive names and places protected.

The blog stays. The weekly writing is coming back. And I’m adding something new.

I’m launching a video podcast: No Place Left Ninja

Unscripted. Unfiltered. Conversations with ordinary people who obey Jesus and multiply disciples — told straight, with a ninja mask on.

The ninjas are ridiculous. The stories are real. The mission is redemptive.

Why a podcast? Because some stories need a face and a voice. Because movements aren’t built by celebrities — they’re built by skate-park converts, prison disciples, legacy pastors who still go, and everyday believers who just keep saying yes. I want those stories in the open.

What stays the same

This blog is still home for longer thoughts — faith & culture, strategy & church, the long road of movements. I’m committing to weekly posts again. The podcast won’t replace the writing. It’ll feed it.

If you’ve ridden with me for years: thank you. If you’re new: welcome. Same Jesus. Same No Place Left vision. New microphone.

Until there is No Place Left,
Tobias
